Dos commands for to delete a group of files over 45 days old

I am looking for someone who knows of a way to use Dos Commands in a Batch File to delete any & all Files that are over 45 days old?

Ideally, I would also like to view the list of files that are subject to be deleted.

Ultimately, I would like to start a *.bat file, get a list displayed on screen, output to a *.txt file, then delete the old ones.
