1st: If you have a valid Win98 license, you could use its built in DOS (7.10), wich DOES recognize FAT32+partitions greater than 2GB
2nd: It's a virtual machine, with a virtual HD, you can create a 2GB Virtual HD with Fat16, and use VPC's folder sharing to access your files, EVEN in a NTFS partition
