DOS. How to find and copy files using dos batch

I had a few hundred log files and need to find a way to find a string of text from the individual log file eg. the word "smtp" or "pop3". Then I need to copy those log files that contain the text to another location. Can someone please help, I need a dos batch file to do this. Thanks.
