I had to put a customers HD in a new computer due
to MB failure. Afterward we discovered his MS-DOS Paytoll
program wouldn't work. When you clicked on the short cut it would
you get a blue screen that says No loading Tax tables , and under that
It would flash " Please Wait ... " and then in about 10 -20 secs it
would just exit.
So I went to the folder that contained the EXE's and the files .And I
clicked on the exe . It would bring up a black MS-DOS window ,( that
you can't type in ) Curser in the upper left corner NOT blinking .
Then in 10 -20 it turns into the blue window with the same words as
above but the " please wait... " is not flashing . But this time
it doesn't quit it is just sits there . All I can do is exit or
hit enter. WHen I hit enter it says This MS-DOS Program has
terminated . click the x to end.
My Customer needs this program up and running as soon as
possible is there anyone who can help me please ?
