I sent it to Kaspersky labs, They identified it as :
33405552_118409779_rncsys32.exe_ - Trojan.Win32.Agent.cklq
Other than Kaspersky, not many seem to know about this one. I didn't download any attachments and I do have up-to-date virus protection on my computer so be on the watch for this one in your startup list. (msconfig can be set to run on every startup.)
