I just finished cleaning this off one of our computers a few minutes ago. It was generating a bunch of spam email - enough to get our IP address blacklisted. It got me off my duff and change our firewall to block all outbound traffic on Port 25 except for legit email servers.
Malwarebytes found and removed it BTW.
