DOS- How to convert 3 1/2 diskettes to CD

Hi,

Is there anyone who can help ??

I have a golf game (Links 386) which can be installed from 4 diskettes.
The installation process works as follows :

I insert Diskette # 1 ,the installation starts and when the 1st part is installed,I am requested to insert diskette # 2....And so on.

Is it possible to transfer these 4 diskettes to a bootable CD ?
