make command in DOS

I'm trying to download FreeRTOS from freertos.org. To do a demo, I tried running the batch file /demo/ARM7_LPC2106_GCC/rdom_thumb.bat in DOS, as was shown in a download video from freertos.org. The batch file got stopped at the make command, with the error, "'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Can anyone help me?
