: When setting up the partition, make sure you use the "FAT" (FAT16) file system. MS-DOS does not recognize FAT32 (32-bit FAT), HPFS, or NTFS File Systems.
: The FAT file system is best for drives and/or partitions under approximately 200 MB, because as the size of the volume increases, performance with FAT will quickly decrease.

: MS-DOS FAT partitions are limited in size to a maximum of 2 GB.

: Also see the partition sizes listed in the table under "MS-DOS 4.0" in the following article.

: PS - Fdisk can only create only one PRI DOS (Primary DOS) partition on a physical disk.
I have followed your suggestions but I have not got better results. The last try I did was booting with a Windows 95 bootable CD, and running Windows 95 FDISK. Then I rebooted and saw that the file system was FAT16. Then I ran FORMAT. Then I booted with the DOS 5.00 floppy disk #1 and began the installation. Finally I rebooted. And I got the message Non system disk.
