dos stop executing fortran software - like break

Writing Fortran software using old RM compiler. Have infinite DO or out of range address or something that hangs DOS. Don't have print or read from keyboard instruction. Can't delete the ?.exe file. cntl, alt, del doesn't show the culprits from what I see. Now I apparently have enough hangings that memory not sufficient. How do I stop these?
